1. Information We Collect

• Account details: full name, email address, mobile number, country and an encrypted (hashed) password.
• Application details: selected broker, broker account number, deposit amount, deposit date and deposit proof files you upload.
• Usage data: login times, IP address, browser information and download history, used for security and fraud prevention.

We do not collect broker passwords, OTP codes, withdrawal credentials or payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To verify your eligibility for the Rewards Program and confirm referrals with participating brokers where necessary.
• To give you access to the Products, updates, guides and tutorials.
• To send service emails such as application updates, product releases and password resets.
• To protect the portal against fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information (such as your broker account number) with the relevant broker solely to confirm the referral, and with service providers (hosting, email delivery) who process data on our behalf, or where required by law.

4. Storage and Security

Deposit proofs are stored in a private, non-public location and can only be viewed by authorized administrators. Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing. Connections are protected with HTTPS.

5. Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the Program, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location (including under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012), you may have the right to access, correct, object to or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
