1. About the Program

The ChartMaster Free Indicator Rewards Program ("Program") gives eligible clients free access to selected ChartMaster MetaTrader 5 indicators and the ChartMaster Trading Panel ("Products"). The Program is operated by ChartMaster. ChartMaster is not a broker, investment adviser or financial institution.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to open a trading account in your country.
• You must open a new account with a participating broker (currently Tickmill or Deriv) using the official ChartMaster referral link shown on this website.
• You must meet the applicable qualifying requirements, including a minimum qualifying deposit of USD 100 (or equivalent), subject to the rules of the broker.
• You must submit accurate registration details and genuine deposit proof through the ChartMaster Rewards Portal.
• Only one application per person is allowed. Duplicate, fraudulent or manipulated applications will be rejected and may result in permanent account deactivation.

3. Verification

All applications are verified manually. ChartMaster may request additional information and may approve, reject or revoke access at its reasonable discretion, including where the referral cannot be confirmed with the broker, where the deposit is withdrawn shortly after approval, or where these Terms are breached.

4. Security of Your Broker Account

ChartMaster will never ask for your broker password, one-time passwords (OTP), two-factor codes or withdrawal credentials. Do not share these with anyone. Report any such request to us immediately.

5. License to Use the Products

Approved clients receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for their own trading analysis. You may not resell, share, redistribute, decompile or reverse-engineer the Products. Sharing download links or files may result in access being revoked.

6. Compatibility

The Products require MetaTrader 5 Desktop on a Windows computer or laptop. They are not available for MT5 mobile applications. ChartMaster does not guarantee compatibility with every broker, platform build or system configuration.

7. No Financial Advice and No Guarantee

The Products are analysis and educational tools only. They do not provide investment advice and do not guarantee profits or any trading result. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Please read our Risk Disclosure.

8. Broker Relationship

ChartMaster may receive referral compensation from participating brokers. Your trading account and funds are held by the broker and are governed by the broker's own terms, policies and regulatory protections. ChartMaster has no access to your funds.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartMaster is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from the use of the Products or the Program.

10. Changes and Termination

ChartMaster may modify, suspend or end the Program, these Terms or the Products at any time. Continued use of the portal after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
